How to practicing Tadasana Step by Step:-

  1. Firstly at the top of your yoga mat with your ankles directly under your inner hip bones.
  2. Your hands should be alongside your body.
  3. You Inhale deeply and slowly raise your arms upwards side and then interlock your fingers.
  4. Raise your heels upward side and you stand on your toes. Your toes should be fanned out a little.
  5. Now you feel like your inner thighs squeeze toward each other and back behind you.
  6. Now put your body weight on your toes and stretch out your shoulders, arms, and chest up.
  7. This whole posture Holds few moments.
  8. Exhale and come to return into starting position.
